Alan met with Rebecca Saxe of MIT’s McGovern Institute. Saxe has been researching how people make moral judgments of other’s actions. Recognizing the Right Temporoparietal Junction (RTPJ) as active when weighing moral judgments, her research gives insight as to how jurors determine guilt or innocence in a trial.
