WHICH OF THE 50 CORONAVIRUS CONSPIRACY THEORIES IS THE ‘REAL ONE’? :O

We are in lockdown in Cyprus like most of the world, many with so much time on our hands, more time to think, and with a naturally creative brain that evolved to create meaningful patterns we can come up with all sorts, positive and negative. At home, even more, we use the internet to inform and entertain us, so it’s inevitable that along the way we will come across a whole load of conspiracy theories, sharing with us with complete confidence how the Coronavirus is planned by a greedy group of people using it to gain complete control.

I have come across around 50 very different conspiracy theories, with so-called ‘experts’, some of which make millions from sharing their ideas through shows, books, and product sales. Some use the same conspiracy as others but tweak the details and it can develop into one very messy soup of different ideas. [EVERYONE AN EXPERT, SHARING WITH US HOW THE WHOLE WORLD ARE SHEEP AND CONTROLLED BY THE POWERS THAT BE]

But, I have one very deep concern myself. Not only are there many different theories that clash or contradict in different ways that gain their followers, but my main concern is that the vast majority of viewers has very little understanding how their very own brain creates convenient mind patterns and therefore becomes very susceptible to believing certain things, and would have little idea how they slid into their confirmation, especially when they are confronted with professionally set up videos and articles.

BAT & BALL BOUGHT TOGETHER = $1.10 > THE BAT COSTS $1.00 MORE THAN THE BALL > HOW MUCH IS THE BALL? > =?

It’s a seemingly easy question to answer, and via replicated studies, the vast majority will answer $0.10. > INCORRECT ANSWER.

Why? The brain has to deal with thousands of things each day. Just waking up in the morning to preparing breakfast time, the brain/mind needs to remember how to get out of bed safely, how to walk to the bathroom, then how to direct the penis into the toilet bowl to minimize mess during splashy time, then another hundred or so things to remember how to, and that’s even before getting into the car to go to work. We wouldn’t get to the car in time if we had to stop and think about how to tackle every little movement and choice option (taken for granted) we are faced within those first 30 minutes of our day.

So… The brain evolved to automate in a quick and efficient way, meaningful and effective patterns. The brain does this by allowing us a short time of trial and error with anything, and then after a short period of time, sometimes minutes, sometimes days depending on the complexity and triviality of each new obstacle faced, it will solidify the opinion, belief, action, skill, whatever so as we can repeat for next time without having to stop and think. AUTOMATION!

This is why we know in a split second daily how much sugar to put in our coffee or tea, and when to turn off the gas to ensure our eggs are cooked exactly how we want. We do so many things in our first 30 minutes of the day and so effortlessly and then we are reversing the car out of the drive and away we go. What should then be the most difficult task of all on paper, we drive up to 120kmh with no fear, as we again effortlessly turn the steering wheel consistently well each time ensuring we escape a nasty injury or death. The brain via initial trial and error and practice automated thousands of things so as we can run smoothly through our day. THAT IS THE BRAIN > A SURVIVAL MACHINE THAT EVOLVED TO AUTOMATE THOUSANDS OF MEANINGFUL PATTERNS, ENHANCING OUR CHANCES OF SURVIVAL.

MEANINGFUL > DOES NOT MEAN RATIONAL OR IRRATIONAL, INFORMED OR MISINFORMED. The brain is not some kind of intelligent encyclopedia that can warn us away from certain decisions. The brain’s survival machinery awaits the identifying ‘me’ part of the mind to react to any given scenario. For example, We may try AllBran breakfast cereal… YUK! We then try Countrynut Cornflakes… YUM YUM! Try it again in coming days, CONTINUAL YUM YUM. The brain then ticks the boxes of identifying comfort and benefits and automates the positive emotional meaning so your supermarket shop will take 30 minutes and not 5 hours as the box of Countrynut is selected in a split second when we pass that shopping isle.

THE PATTERN FORMING BRAIN MACHINERY DOES NOT ANALYZE EXCESS SUGAR CONTENT V FIBRE CONTENT. IT JUST AUTOMATED THE PATTERN THAT SUITED AT THAT TIME. SO IN THIS CASE, YUMMY TASTE TRUMPED HEALTHY OPTION. The brain machinery is not interested in rational or irrational, it cares only for forming as quickly as possible, MEANINGFUL PATTERN. The meaningful pattern may have been AllBran over Countrynut for some, however, by default through our genetic underpinning, in general, we evolved to love tasty, sugary things, so easier to flow into the yummy pattern. We have way too many things to think over through the day, this adds to our susceptibility of choosing irrationally over and over. We simply do not have the time, also governed by our genes underpinning to stop and assess rationally.

[WE SEE A BEAUTIFUL SYMMETRICAL FACE, WE RARELY STOP TO THINK IF THAT WOMAN HAS VARIOUS DEPTHS OF INTELLIGENCE AND HONEST ENDEAVOR… ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF GENETIC UNDERPINNING THAT CAN CREATE A SLIPPERY SLOPE OPINION OR CHOICE]

Back to the 50 conspiracy theories, all very different, shared by millions of people who are sure that it’s objective truth as the 20-minute video they saw of one of the 50, had at least 10 MEANINGFUL PATTERNS THAT ALL INTERLINKED WITHIN IT, HENCE IT MUST BE TRUE. Are they sure though? The believers who went on to share that specific conspiracy most probably answered $0.10 to the bat and ball question too, so sure of their answer.

Another question…Did they also, before sharing with overwhelming confidence compare their conspiracy of choice with another just as elaborately put together theory, but contradictory to their theory of choice? I came across 50 very different but well written, very creative videos, the storyline very different. I’ve seen it all…

1. CHINA PLANNED IT TO CONTROL THE STOCK MARKETS
2. AMERICA PLANNED IT TO CONTROL THE WORLD
3. BIG PHARMA PLANNED IT TO ENHANCE FUTURE PROFITS
4. FREEMASONS PLANNED IT AS PART OF NEW WORLD ORDER
4. 5G CONSPIRACY (NOT MENTIONED WITH OTHER THEORIES AS PART OF)
5. ROTHSCHILDS DID IT.
…… AND SO ON…

When following and emotionally attaching to a specific theory, do those who confirm ever consider that nature also exists and can unravel devastation on its own accord? In the next 50 years, there is a high chance for San Francisco, a wonderfully modern city will most probably suffer a catastrophic earthquake. Is the Illuminati secretly placing bombs across the city and will press a button to devastate when ready? 😮

A pack of wolves in the wild will hunt down and kill a baby lamb with crushing jaws and sharp teeth, a snake will bite and kill with evolved lethal venom. A bird will navigate the skies and migrate using unique magnetic field detection mechanisms. Eagles will swoop down, grab a rodent for lunch due to amazing visual magnification, dogs can hunt with many more times of magnitude enhanced smell sensors compared to humans. I can go on and on about how amazing nature is, attack and defend to survive. Natural selection helped evolve some fascinating tools that personally leave me in awe. Were all these animal skills carefully planted by the Illuminati and need animals to play their part, while they control all with a well-planned algorithm? Or did evolution create awe-inspiring creatures with amazing tools?

In the same way as wonderful animal nature, viruses evolve too, different strains mutate, come and go. Luckily catastrophic strains are rare. Let’s say one of the conspiracy theories are true and Coronavirus was man-made and used to control the masses, does that rule out that a devastating virus can form on its own accord in the future beyond the knowledge of the powers that be who is doing the controlling? If one very real virus did come out in the future, in 50 years or 500 times, whenever catching even those powers that be out, there will still be conspiracy theories written and flying about, that’s inevitable. SO WHY NOT THAT SCENARIO NOW AS AN OPTION TOO? NATURE JUST BEING NATURE. Conspiracy theorists seem to distance themselves from that natural option.

I’m not an expert, just a blogger sharing my thoughts, however, I have a deep understanding of how humans are susceptible to adhering to meaningful patterns, unaware of how the brain is wired to avoid rational or irrational in favour of the best-fit thought patterns. This makes us all very susceptible to believing anything, especially well-created conspiracy theory videos, interviews, shows, and books.

The link below shows how our brain tricks us into belief when contexts are cleverly put together.

Be careful what you believe and share guys!
