Janet Crawford: The surprising neuroscience of gender inequality

It’s hard not to reflect on our own unconscious associations as she talks through how our brain creates associations to help us make sense of the world. Janet Crawford is Principal of Cascadance and Founder of the Women and Innovation Lab. Combining insights from neuroscience, evolutionary biology, and experimental psychology, she helps leaders build productive, innovative and collaborative corporate cultures. With two decades of experience coaching and consulting for Fortune 500 companies, her client organizations span the who’s who of Silicon Valley and beyond. Janet holds a Masters from Stanford University and a BA from UC Berkeley.
